Aker Solutions lands massive Brazilian order

Norwegian Aker Solutions has landed a contract from Brazilian Petrobras worth more than USD 300 million. A key market for the company.

Aker Solutions, the Norwegian supplier to the oil industry, has secured a massive contract from Brazilian Petrobras, says the company in a brief to the stock exchange.

The contract is worth more than USD 300 million, and Aker Solutions will supply eight subsea manifolds that will alternately inject water and gas to increase oil recovery from Petrobras' deep-water offshore fields.
