Bergen Group in complete exit from shipbuilding

Norwegian shipyard group Bergen Group has now pulled completely out of shipbuilding, to focus instead on offshore and services. The move happens as the company has divested its 30 percent stake in shipyard NorYard AS.

ShippingWatch has previously reported on how the struggling Bergen Group has been trying to get rid of the yard's sore point - the shipbuilding division. And now the shipyard has opted for a complete exit from its shipbuilding activities.
