Pension funds ready for lawsuit against OW Bunker

There is a foundation for filing a lawsuit against OW Bunker, confirms an attorney statement compiled by ATP, PFA and other pension companies.

A number of Danish pension companies with the major players ATP and PFA in the lead, have decided to file a compensation lawsuit against OW Bunker, which collapsed hard last year.
