At the general assembly this summer of the big shipbroking firm Braemar ACM, big changes will happen in the company's board, writes the company in a statement. At this time it will be one year since the finalization of the merger between the two London-based brokers Braemar and ACM.

After heading the board for 12 years, Sir Graham Hearne will step down and be replaced by David Moorhouse, who has been an external board member at Braemar since 2005. Three current board members, Dennis Petropoulos, Johnny Plumbe and Tim Jaques, will not seek re-election, but Petropoulos will remain at the Braemar Group as president of Braemar Asia, where he is in charge of developing the company's business in the region.
