The claims following OW Bunker's collapse in November 2014 are intensifying. The trustee of the bankrupt estate, law firms Gorrissen Federspiel and Plesner, is now directing a giant claim for mismanagement against a major international insurance company, according to the trustee's latest statement which FinansWatch has gained access to.

"Claims for a total USD 98.0 million (DKK 654 million) submitted to AIG, citing mismanagement," writes the trustee in the statement, adding that the more exact value of this claim remains unknown to the estate.
