Trustee wants USD 100 mln for OW mismanagement

The claims following OW Bunker's collapse in November 2014 are intensifying. The trustee of the bankrupt estate, law firms Gorrissen Federspiel and Plesner, is now directing a giant claim for mismanagement against a major international insurance company, according to the trustee's latest statement which FinansWatch has gained access to.
