CEO on the first 365 days in charge of Thome

Tomorrow marks exactly one year since Olav Nortun took over as Chief Executive of Thome. ShippingWatch met the 52-year-old Norwegian at the company's Singapore office, and asked him about his role as CEO in the clearly family-owned ship management firm.
