Royal Boskalis in the midst of full-blown storm

Dutch marine group Royal Boskalis Westminster, which counts companies including towage behemoth Smit, is according to its own statements in the midst of stormy conditions on top of the first six months in 2016, where the company's results declined, as evident from a financial statement Thursday.
