Danish Ship Finance sold to pension and equity funds

Danske Bank, the Danish National Bank, Nordea, and Maersk have sold 72 percent of the shares in Danish Ship Finance to a consortium comprised of the two pension funds PFA and PKA and equity fund Axcel for USD 708 million, informs the bank on Wednesday.
