Bankruptcy lawyers in OW Bunker are preparing for what looks set to be the largest compensation claim in a bankruptcy case in Danish history.

Ad-hoc trustee Søren Halling-Overgaard wants to file two compensation claims for a combined total of DKK 2.2 billion (USD 310 million) against equity fund Altor, former accounting firm Deloitte, and the former senior management spearheaded by CEO Jim Pedersen.
