Chinese yards see new orders plunge in first half of 2017
New orders for the Chinese shipbuilders plunged by close to one third in the first six months of the year, reports Seatrade Maritime citing new numbers.
There is a race underway to secure contracts to build new vessels, and it looks like the Chinese shipyards finished the first half of the year in less than stellar form.
