Huge divestments save Norway's Atlantic Offshore

The Norwegian offshore company Atlantic Offshore has secured the survival of the company with a restructuring agreement that includes a divestment of the vast majority of operations. The weak market will be a challenge for several years, the CEO says.

Atlantic Offshore AS, which services fields in the Norwegian and UK parts of the North Sea, has secured a restructuring deal and has thus ensured the company's provisional survival in the extremely pressured market.
