Former Statoil CEO takes new job in finance

Helge Lund, former CEO of Statoil as well as BG Group, is switching to a new job as consultant for a US-based investment firm. The Norwegian oil man left BG Group in February following its merger with Royal Dutch Shell.

The former CEO of Statoil and BG Group, Helge Lund, is moving from energy to finance.

US-based investment firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) informs in a press release that the company has hired the Norwegian oil man as new consultant.
