Odfjell sells Rotterdam terminal

Norwegian Odfjell is selling its terminal in Rotterdam to a Dutch company, thereby reducing deficit at the terminal company, though the debt still stands at a double-digit million dollar figure.

Odfjell is selling its terminal in Rotterdam, Odfjell Terminals B.V., to Dutch Koole Terminals, writes Odfjell in a press release Monday.

Koole is buying the terminal business, which consists of the two Odfjell subsidiaries, Odfjell Terminals Rotterdam (OTR) and Odfjell Terminals Maritiem (OTM), for the total price of USD 155 million.
