DP World upgraded by rating agency

On the same day as the Unifeeder acquisition went through, port company DP World had its credit rating upgraded by the recognized agency Moody's.

DP World, which acquired Unifeeder in a EUR 660 million deal Tuesday, has had its credit score upgraded.

On the same day as the acquisition of the Danish carrier was announced, the recognized credit rating agency Moody's chose to upgrade its rating of the port company. It has now been upgraded to Baa1 from Baa2.
