DP World to build new container terminal in Senegal

Arab port operator DP World and the government of Senegal have commenced establishment of a new container port in the country, with an investment exceeding a billion US dollars.

Senegal is set to get a new container port lying around 50 kilometers from the country's main port in Dakar.

Arab operator DP World and Senegal's government have now laid the foundation for establishing the new Port of Ndayane, the parties write in a statement.
