Rotterdam union threatens legal action against APM Terminals

The dispute between operators and port workers in the Port of Rotterdam looks set for a new turn of events. In spite of the disputing parties resuming negotiations several times since the dispute peaked in a 24-hour strike in early January, a solution still seems far off, and now union FNV Havens is threatening to take legal action against APM Terminals.
