Rotterdam union threatens legal action against APM Terminals
Union FNV Havens, representing port workers in Rotterdam, is now threatening legal action against APM Terminals as the operator is offering its employees an agreement that bypasses the other operators in the port.

The dispute between operators and port workers in the Port of Rotterdam looks set for a new turn of events. In spite of the disputing parties resuming negotiations several times since the dispute peaked in a 24-hour strike in early January, a solution still seems far off, and now union FNV Havens is threatening to take legal action against APM Terminals.
