APM Terminals gearing up for lawsuit from union

In Rotterdam, APM Terminals is ready for a lawsuit from union FNV Havens, which claims the terminal operator has breached a collective agreement by offering its own employees a separate deal in the protracted labor conflict in the port.

In the Port of Rotterdam, APM Terminals has no plans to give in to the ultimatum set by union FNV Havens and which is set to expire on Wednesday, February 3rd at 12 pm CET.
