It will be difficult to beat DSV's offer on Swiss competitor Panalpina, says an analyst from investment bank Jefferies.

The offer made by DSV to Swiss competitor Panalpina will be difficult beat, says an analyst from Jefferies.

According to analyst David Kersted, a counter offer from competitor Kuehne+Nagel is "less probable". It will therefore be difficult to get a higher offer than the one DSV has offered.
