Majority shareholder attacks Panalpina board in open letter

DSV's takeover bid on Panalpina leads major shareholder Artisan Partners to lash out at senior members of Panalpina's board of directors in an open letter. The chairmanship should be excluded from discussions about the offer from the Danish logistics company, says Artisan.
