BW LPG secures financing for seven newbuildings

BW LPG has secured financing for seven new VLGCs. The lending facility is worth USD 400 million and is deemed favorable by analysts Fearnley.

The world's largest LPG carrier, BW LPG, has secured financing for seven VLGCs in the company's newbuilding program, says the carrier in a statement.

The lending facility is provided by several banks - The Export-Import Bank of Korea (KEXIM) as Export Credit Agency (ECA) serves as lender alongside DNB Asia Limited and SEB in Singapore.
