J. Lauritzen's chairman steps down

Jesper Lok has resigned after serving two years as chairman of J. Lauritzen, which also gets a new vice chairman, the shipping company confirms to ShippingWatch. The successors are prominent maritime figures.

Dry bulk and gas tanker shipping company J. Lauritzen replaces its chairman as well as vice chairman.

Chairman Jesper Lok and Vice Chairman Niels Heering have stepped down with immediate effect, according to a notice filed with the Danish corporate registry.
