Stadil family-owned Thornico group has sold dry bulk company Trithorn Bulk to the company's management and two investors.

Dry bulk shipping company Trithorn Bulk, founded in 2016 by the Stadil family's Thornico group and three executives in the company, just got new owners.

Thornico has sold the dry bulk carrier to the company's management as well as two investors in a so-called management buyout. The parties do not disclose the sales price or any other financial details about the deal.
