Fredriksen's bulk carriers complete merger deal

Golden Ocean and Knightsbridge have completed the planned merger, which has been underway for some time now. Golden Ocean will now be de-listed from the Singapore stock exchange.

The two dry bulk carriers Golden Ocean and Knightsbridge Shipping Limited, which both belong to Norwegian John Fredriksen's shipping empire, have now completed the merger of the two carriers, says Golden Ocean in a statement to the Oslo stock exchange.
