Scorpio Bulkers lost USD 21.3 million in Q3

Dry bulk carrier Scorpio Bulkers finished the third quarter 2016 with a deficit of USD 21.3 million, and the company has signed agreements with shipbuilders to delay several newbuildings.

The cautious upturn in dry bulk was unable to prevent yet another quarterly deficit at dry bulk carrier Scorpio Bulkers, as evident from the carrier's interim report for the third quarter 2016, published Monday.
