Dry bulk terminals fail test of high-risk cargoes

Better methods are need for testing whether dangerous cargoes are at risk of liquefaction on board dry bulk vessels as was the case in the tragic Bulk Jupiter incident in 2015, says the Association of Bulk Terminal Operators.
