Greece's Aegean Shipping orders up to eight new bulk vessels

Aegean Shipping Management works mainly in oil and chemical tanker, but the carrier is now, for the first time, investing in dry bulk vessels with a series of newbuilds ordered in China.

Greece's Aegean Shipping Management, which operates a fleet of oil and chemical tankers, is making its foray into the dry bulk industry with the order of four Kamsarmax vessels of 82,000 dwt as well as an option for another four.
