Maersk does not know who its competitors will be in three to four years

A major global organization is normally able to point out its most important competitors at any given moment. Also looking ahead three to four years. But not Maersk. "We can't say," says management.

The reorganization of Maersk and general transformation of the container industry has moved so fast that it is difficult for the management of the world's biggest liner company to name who their competitors will be in just three to four years time.
