Maersk confirms integration of Line and Damco

Maersk on Wednesday confirms its plans to integrate logistics unit Damco into Maersk Line, and that products and services will be offered under the Maersk brand going forward. The new structure will come into force on Jan. 1, 2019.

Maersk confirms its plans to integrate Damco into Maersk Line in an effort to create a more streamlined product.

Going forward, the services offered by Maersk Line and Damco will be sold as Maersk products and services.
