Shippers displeased with unclear prices and surcharges

Customers' satisfaction with liner companies' services deteriorated marginally in 2018, according to a study conducted by the shippers and Drewry. Two issues in particular occupy the shippers.

These are the two key issues occupying shippers, and they look set to do so for the time being, shows a new study by the European Shippers' Council, ECS, and research and consultancy firm Drewry.
