Criminal case against Hope Hicks' alleged attacker dropped

US prosecutors will not pursue criminal charges against the former Maersk employee who allegedly assaulted the naval cadet. But he could face a new case with the US Coast Guard.

After a year and a half of evaluation, Florida’s prosecutor’s office in Jacksonville has announced that no criminal charges will be filed in the alleged rape case against Hope Hicks.
