Unifeeder acquires Norwegian Tschudi Lines

Equity fund-owned Unifeeder acquires carrier Tschudi Lines, which operates activities in the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, from Norwegian transport group Tschudi Logistics, reports Alphaliner.

Unifeeder has acquired feeder carrier Tschudi Lines from Norwegian transport group Tschudi Logistics, according to Alphaliner.

The transaction, still subject to approval by competition authorities, means that Tschudi Lines' services in the Baltic and North seas will be integrated into Unifeeder's network.
