
On Thursday last week, Nils Smedegaard Andersen became the most prominent victim of the management and strategy overhaul taking place at the Maersk Group. On Friday he spoke about his dismissal for the first time, which was in no way voluntary, seeing as he was brimming with energy and would have liked to continue the job.
And let it be said: while Smedegaard Andersen is open to comment on his dismissal from A.P. Moeller-Maersk, he will not engage in controversy, although it was certainly not fun to get the message from the Board of Directors.
