Scorpio Tankers: No compelling arguments for scrubbers
Scorpio Tankers will not sail with scrubbers, as the shipping company sees no convincing arguments in favor of using scrubbers to comply with the sulfur directive by 2020. The company will opt for another solution.
There will be no scrubbers on Scorpio Tankers' vessels from Jan. 1 2020 when the new global sulfur directive comes into force.
