Evergas-owner and German Hartmann form ambitious gas venture

German Hartmann Group and Jaccar Holdings, owner of Evergas, among others, will form a new joint venture, starting with five major gas vessel newbuildings.

The German Hartmann Group, which is behind companies such as multipurpose carrier BBC Chartering, has made a deal with Luxembourg-based Jaccar Holdings, owner of Evergas and others, to form a new joint venture to operate ethane vessels.
