Odfjell exits European shortsea market

Norwegian chemical tanker carrier Odfjell is pulling out of the European shortsea market as part of the company's efforts to withdraw from "unprofitable trades."

The owner of the world's fourth-largest chemical tanker fleet, Odfjell, has decided to shut down its shortsea routes in Europe, says the carrier in a statement on its website.
