BW LPG acquires big shareholding from competitor

Three major tanker players are in a deal for millions making BW LPG even larger in the segment.

Monday morning, BW LPG bought its way into Dorian LPG with a stock transaction of 6 million shares corresponding to 10.2 percent of Dorian LPG. The seller is Scorpio Tankers which is cashing in USD 92 million on the deal. Following the sale, the Bugbee-carrier owns 5.8 percent of Dorian LPG.
