Boskalis in huge dive on weak offshore service market

Marine and towage group Boskalis suffered a massive deficit for the first half of the year, as weak activity in Offshore Services dragged the group down despite positive developments in other business units.

Boskalis saw its bottom line take a plunge in the first six months of the year, where the squeezed and volatile market for Offshore Services counteracted otherwise stable earnings from the company's other business areas Dredging and Offshore Energy.
