Important agendas for MEPC meeting

ShippingWatch was present at the week's MEPC meeting in London where several critical environmental questions were on the agenda. Friday, member countries adopted a ban on high sulfur fuel for vessels unless a scrubber is installed.

Major freight forwarders DSV and Kuehne+Nagel have both released reports, but their ambitions for further growth within seafreight is vastle different. DSV CFO Jens Lund is pleased with the company's 4 percent growth in the third quarter of 2018, which is one percent more than the market. Kuehne+Nagel's Otto Schact, Executive Vice President, plans to grow twice as fast as the market.

Endofa receives compensation
