Norwegian shipowner sentenced to prison in scrapping case

A Norwegian shipowner has been sentenced to six months in prison for having attempted to send ship Tide Carrier to be illegally scrapped in Pakistan. Updated.

Norwegian shipowner Georg Eide has received a unconditional sentence of six months in prison in for having attempted to send ship Tide Carrier to be illegally scrapped in Pakistan, reports E24.
