A ship from Eagle Bulk has been attacked by pirates near Ghana. The crew is safe in the ship's citadel, reports security firm Dryad Global. Dryad Global expects that desperation after several unsuccessful attempts could lead to even more attacks.

A ship from dry bulk carrier Eagle Bulk has been attacked by pirates near the coast of Ghana, informs security firm Dryad Global.

Vessel MV Rowayton Eagle was situated approximately 200 nautical miles off Accra, Ghana when the attack happened.
