VDR will not investigate possible harassment on ships after all

Although investigations in Denmark and Norway have uncovered major problems, VDR is not going to investigate the conditions on German ships.

German shipping companies will not investigate possible harassment and violations in the country’s shipping industry, which employs over 7,000 seafarers, German shipping association Verband Deutscher Reeder (VDR) tells ShippingWatch.
