MSC increases its revenue from Northern Europe

MSC Scandinavia Holding, which has 19 companies from Northern Europe and down to the Black Sea and is part of the world's second-largest container carrier, increased its revenue though the company's profits suffered from heavy competition.

Copenhagen-based MSC Scandinavia Holding, which forms the regional part from Northern Europe down to the Black Sea of the world's second-largest container carrier, family-controlled Swiss Mediterranean Shipping Company, achieved an increased revenue in 2012, while profits decreased slightly, according to the Group's annual report for 2012, which covers a total of 19 companies in Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A.'s container related acitivities in Scandinavia, the Baltic, Russia, The Balcans, as well as East- and Central Europe.
