Unifeeder enters global Top 30

The acquisition of United Feeder Services, with a focus on the Mediterranean, makes Unifeeder a global player among the world's Top 30.

With the acquisition of United Feeder Services (UFS), Unifeeder becomes one of the world's 30 largest feeder operators, while the acquisition cements Unifeeder's position as the largest operator in Europe, according to a survey performed by Alphaliner.

With a total fleet of 54,300 teu (41,300 teu for Unifeeder and 13,000 teu for UFS) equity fund-owned Unifeeder is now ranked as the world's 28th largest feeder carrier. X-Press Feeders, with an 88,000 teu fleet and global coverage from Asia, the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, the Caribbean and Central America, is the world's largest feeder operator.
