
With an overwhelming orderbook of 78 newbuildings the New York listed carrier Scorpio Bulkers is fully focused on raising capital to finance the new fleet.
Late Tuesday the company announced plans to perform a new share sale, which will trigger around USD 46.2 million in net proceeds. The investors involved are the same ones that purchased shares in a placement before Christmas, and they have now opted to use exercise an option to purchase additional shares.
