Epic Gas to strengthen gas fleet with Oslo funds

Singapore-based Epic Gas has raised USD 75 million on the OTC Stock Exchange in Oslo. The money will be used to further strengthen the carrier's gas fleet.

Things are moving fast at Singapore-based gas carrier Epic Gas. Headed by CEO Lars Vang Christensen, the company has just raised USD 75 million through a private placement on the OTC Stock Exchange in Oslo.

Epic Gas has sold 9,375,000 shares at a price of USD eight per share, and the shares in the company will be issued on February 6th.
