Boskalis acquires tugboat companies from Louis Dreyfus

Tugboat companies Fairmount Marine and Fairmount Ocean Towage Company have been acquired by salvage giant Boskalis. The purchase will increase Boskalis' market share in offshore and towing.

Ducth salvage and service company Royal Boskalis Westminster has acquired Fairmount Marine and Fairmount Ocean Towage Company from French Louis Dreyfus Armateurs, says Boskalis in a press release.
