
The Norwegian-born shipowner and major investor in oil and fish farms, John Fredriksen, has amassed a fortune that now exceeds USD 16 billion (NOK 100 billion), according to the magazine Kapital's annual ranking of Norway's 400 richest people, reports newspaper Dagens Næringsliv.
Even though John Fredriksen relocated to London a long time ago, and currently holds a Cypriot passport, he is featured on the list for the sole reason that he was born in Norway.
