MSC takes steps to broaden social media presence

MSC is now launching a social media strategy together with media consultancy Orca Social whose co-founder helped Maersk establish and cement its social media presence a few years ago.

Mediterranean Shipping Company, MSC, is now taking additional steps toward becoming a more transparent and communicative carrier. The traditionally not very open Italian-owned and Geneva-based carrier told ShippingWatch earlier this year that it is working to become a more communicative company and to initiate dialogs with customers as well as the public.
