MOL violated competition law

South Korean authorities announced in a statement today that Japan's MOL, along with several other companies, has been charged with breaching South Korean antitrust law. The company apologizes and is exempted from a fine.

The Fair Trade Commission of South Korea (KFTC) has accused MOL of breaching South Korean antitrust law on car carrier services.
