DSV Panalpina has a detailed plan at the ready for integrating new billion-dollar acquisition

DSV Panalpina is dusting of a well-known recipe for integrating billion-dollar acquisitions into the existing group.

This time, the target to be incorporated is Agility's Global Integrated Logistics business. And the work often involves the elimination of many double functions, which has frequently led to a goodbye to many employees.
